These Terms of Service outline the agreement between Vivali LLC and its clients for all residential network cabling installations, equipment setups, and diagnostic services. By engaging Vivali LLC, clients agree to these terms, ensuring clear understanding of service scope, responsibilities, and deliverables.
Vivali LLC limits liability concerning existing in-wall utilities and structural modifications during installation. Clients are responsible for disclosing all known hazards. All disputes arising from these terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, with exclusive jurisdiction in Phoenix.
